From the time you sign your contract, during construction,
and after you move into you new home, we are there for
you.
We have a team of professional associates committed to
helping you with questions or concerns at every step of
the way. Once your contract is signed, you will have a
salesperson to contact. He or she will be available, any
day except Sunday, to meet your needs. This will be your
primary contact in the pre-construction phase. Your salesperson
will work closely with you to assure that everything is
in order to immediately begin construction. When your
home is ready for construction, you will have a pre-construction
meeting with a professional construction manager. This
person will be responsible for the day-to-day progress
of your home and will be readily available to answer any
questions you may have. During construction, your construction
manager will be your primary contact and he or she will
keep you updated on the status of your home. For your convenience,
your construction manager has a secretary she is in contact
with your construction manager thoughtout day, You will be
furnished with our a toll-free number with a voice mailbox even
if you need to leave messages after hours. Once you leave a message
for your construction manager, he or she is immediately
notified. This assures that you will be promptly contacted
during construction process. Your salesperson will still
be available, should you need to make contact for any
reason. We know that good communication is a must. Weve
built our commitment to effective communication into the
process. We work hard to be there for you at each and
every step of the construction process.
When your home nears completion, you will be introduced
to a staff member from our mortgage department. He or
she will work with you during the final stages of construction
to assure that everything will be in order for a quick
and easy closing. During this period, a closing date is
set and we will work closely with you to ensure that all
documents and papers are ready to meet the closing date.
As with the other phases, anyone in the company will be
happy to meet or talk with you as you get ready to close
and move into your new home. As an added measure of protection
(to ensure that you are happy before, during, and after
construction) we have a Customer Satisfaction Hotline.
This toll-free number rings directly into the offices
our Vice President. While we are proud to say we dont
receive many calls on this line, we feel good knowing
that it is available to our customers if needed. This
line is for you to speak to someone other than your primary
contacts within our company. If you feel, at any time,
that you could not honestly give us a good referral to
a friend or neighbor, we want to know about it. As all
of our customers learn, we are totally committed to customers
satisfaction. We will not be happy until you are!
